Depending on your age and other factors, your mother may be able you.
You (your mother) can claim a child (you), relative, friend, or fiancé (etc.) as a dependent on your 2019 taxes as long as they meet the following requirements:

Your question is not clear. Do you mean YOU are a parent with a dependent child? And you received Social Security disability income? And you mentioned having a child. You are not eligible for any of the child-related credits like earned income credit or child tax credit unless you had some income earned from working. If you worked for any part of the year, then enter that earned income on your tax return along with the SSA1099 you received.
