Meal per diem - I have an Alaska Commercial Fishing Business. For daily meal per diem would I enter that under other common business expenses as unreimbursed per diem....

I have many business expenses for commercial fishing.  Would I enter daily meal per diem under other common business expenses?   I did use "help: to look up job expenses, employee...."Jump to"   It took me to a page similar to what I already entered for my business questions and it asked the same questions, so I felt it was a duplication of what I had entered for my business....seems like I would enter the meal per diem in the Business Income and Expense section?  Thank you.

Yes, you would enter your per diem in the Business Income and Expense section.  The other section "job-related employee expenses" is for W-2 employees that do not own a business.
