It keeps telling me there is an error for my 1098-T

Make sure that when you enter your 1098-T information you do NOT use copy paste. Try keying in the data to ensure that the you do not get a fix me error message.

It is stating that I didn't enter in any education expenses and I did. I entered in my child's 1098T and there is a clear deficit. Why am I not getting the tax break?
