If these fees are required for enrollment into an accredited College or University, they are a Qualified Education Expenses. If you received a form 1098-T from the school you must not make any adjustments to the items in Box 1 or 2. Additionally, it would be best to confirm that these fees are not already accounted for in your 1098-T Tuition Statement.

You must enter these fees as Other education expenses.
