If you lived together in the same household for more than half the year
she is your qualifying child dependent. But, you can only claim her if
you earned more money than your mother, and if your mother agrees to
allow you to claim her. (Even for qualifying relative dependent, the must live
together for the whole year rule doesn't apply to parents or siblings.)
