If you are in good standing with your student loans will they take tax refund

Student loans are in good standing and current next payment isn’t due til 04/04/2018. Will they take my tax return?

The IRS only issues a refund offset for certain outstanding (unpaid) obligations. If your student loans are current and not in default there should be no refund offset for those loans. You can read more about refund offsets on this link to the IRS website: https://www.irs.gov/taxtopics/tc203
