Is the health and related services fee as part of my son's college tuition deductible as a medical expense? It is not a special needs college.

If the Health and Related Services Fee is required for enrollment, you can claim this amount as an Education Expense.

If you don't qualify for an Education Credit, (or the fee is not required for enrollment), you could claim the fee as a Medical Expense for your dependent son.
