If my parents already entered college cost and book cost in their tax return, do I leave it all blank in mine?

Correct, leave it blank on your return if they are claiming you as a dependent on their tax return, you would not have to enter information about college unless you have taxable scholarship or 1099-Q income (which your parents will know after they enter the information)
