If my friend and I are both students, why was she able to file her Federal but I have to wait for Form 8863?

If you did it before 1/11 you just need to delete the form from your info and re-add it. Go to tools in the bottom left and then delete a form. I just did this today and was able to file. I think I deleted the 8863 and the 1098 forms and just entered them again. Hope this helps.
