If I'm a graduate student who works full time, but I am enrolled half time do I qualify for the American Opportunity Credit?

The American Opportunity Credit is available to students their first 4 years of college and you are eligible as long as you maintain half time. Most graduate work is done beyond that. You would qualify for the Lifetime Learning Credit. Please read below for more information.
