No, you would not have to include your sister's information for the education deduction or credits. You would only have to include information for yourself, your spouse, and your dependents (if you have any) on the tax return.

Has she been you dependent in the past?
The tuition credit/deduction follows the student's dependency. If she is no longer your dependent, you do not claim the tuition credit for her education expenses.
