I was a full-time nursing student last year and don't have any W2's but I do have the the insurance information and 1098T from school. Which form do I use?

It is a 1095A.  So which form should I use?

Were you claimed as a dependent on a parent's income tax return?

Unless the insurance form is a 1095-A then you have no reason to file a return at all.
