I took a cna program at a community college does it count as eligible school even if it was not for 5 months

My daughter took a CNA Nursing program at a community college does it count as,

1) eligible school

2 Even if it was not for 5 months, it was for 4 montghs

3) Is she considered a dependent

I took a cna program at a community college does it count as eligible school even if it was not for 5 months

The CNA program at a community college would count as an eligible institution for educational expenses/credits. However, if she was 19 or over, and she was a full time student in this program for only 4 months, you would not be able to claim her as a dependent if she had income of $4050 or more.

The CNA program at a community college would count as an eligible institution for educational expenses/credits. However, if she was 19 or over, and she was a full time student in this program for only 4 months, you would not be able to claim her as a dependent if she had income of $4050 or more.
