I received a CP2000 requesting I pay back tax credits that I was given (educational credits and American Opportunity Credits). I was on an F1 Visa. Do I need to repay?

See Q19 here:

In addition, TT does not support Form 1040NR for nonresident aliens.

Most likely, and you might have to amend your returns. On F1 you are a nonresident alien for 5 calendar years and not eligible for educational credits. If you filed as resident alien, you would need to amend. When did you come to the US on that F1 visa? WEre you in the US before on an F1 or J1 visa?
