I pay college tuition but the school does not issue 1098 T form. Can I still write off my tuition?

I pay college tuition but the school does not issue 1098 T form. Can I still write off my tuition?

Yes.  You can still deduct without the form 1098.  Be sure to check the box for no form 1098-T.
