I’m still claimed as a dependent. If my parents move states (AL to TN) but I stay in Alabama, will it affect my official residency and therefore in-state college tuition?

They plan to move sometime this year but I graduate in December 2018.

This is not a tax question. Ask the financial office at the college where you are getting in-state tuition. Different states have different requirements for in-state tuition. The financial office at the college is surely familiar with the rules for that particular state.
