I'm on a NASA fellowship. My university so far has provided me a single tax form, 1098-T. Is that enough to file the federal tax form or do I need other forms (e.g1099)?

If your 1098-T includes the amount of the fellowship in box 5, that's all you need. If the fellowship is not part of the 1098-T, when you are in the education section , you will enter the amount from the NASA fellowship in the screen that follows the 1098-T: Did You Receive a Scholarship or Grant in 2016? See the screenshot below.

You don't need a form 1099 to report this fellowship.
