I'm eligible for lifetime learning credit and meet the requirements, but it isn't calculating, Any help?

Be sure you go though the ENTIRE education interview including "Education Information" located at the bottom of the "Here's Your Education Summary" screen

The Lifetime Learning Credit (LLC) is a non-refundable credit. If your income tax liability (lines 16- 18 of form 1040) is already 0, then the LLC is calculated to be 0.

Also note that the LLC cannot be used to reduce self employment tax (line 23 of form 1040).
