You would not enter any education expenses on your own return as you are a dependent and your parents claim those expenses.
It sounds like you answered something and entered something so the form is still there. As long as you did not have grants and scholarships in excess of your tuition, you do not need to enter the 1098-T on your return. You can delete the form by clicking Tools>>Tax Tools>> Delete a form>>Delete next to the 1098-T
If you have scholarships and grants in excess of your qualified educational expenses, you would still need to enter the 1098-T on your return because the excess is considered taxable income. If this is the case, you will need to get the form from your parents and enter it.
If your parent is claiming the tuition credit ("parent is using that form") why are you even entering ed expenses? Only one of you can claim a credit, and that is almost always the parent.
The 1098-T is only an informational document. The numbers on it are not required to be entered onto your tax return. However receipt of a 1098-T frequently means you (or your parents) are either eligible for a tuition credit or possibly you have taxable scholarship income. So, if it's both, than you can both use the 1098-T to enter your info. But, you may have to adjust your numbers, for what they use.
