Do you have a TurboTax Online account?

We'll help you get started or pick up where you left off.

I havent received a 1099 or 1098 for college state level classes up til March of last year. Would this qualify for for my tax info? Also, I'm paying my student loans

Also I have a a letter from  Fed loans services with regard to student loan interest payments. I tried to go to deductions and credits and there is no tab for education to input information on the letter?

You should normally receive a 1098 and 1099 statements by mid-February if not we recommend contact you school, and yes that would qualify as tax information.  When paying student loans you should normally get a 1098-E for Student Loan Interest Paid.

If using TurboTax Online you are in Federal Taxes > Deductions & Credits > Education and you can enter your information in the three sub-tabs there.  In TurboTax CD/Download you're in Personal tab > Deductions & Credits > Education where you can click on Visit All or go into the three sub-tabs.

If you don't see the Education sub-category you could be on the guided form, you can open by clicking where is says "Skip to see all tax breaks"
