Child goes to an eligible college, University of Victoria with Fed ID G08370. I get a format ##-#### error when i put it in the "Filer's Federal ID No". Is there a fix?

I have the Fed ID of G08370. TurboTax form is not accepting it. Is there another way to enter this ID?
