I HAVE PAID MORE THAN IS STATED ON MY 1098-T FORM, ALSO THEY DID NOT PUT AN AMOUNT IN BOX#1 ONLY BOX#2

When you enter the 1098-T into the TurboTax program, you can click on the link under box 2 that says "What if this is not what I paid to the school?" and enter what you paid in tax year 2016.

Please keep a copy of your payments (such as your school account statement) with your tax file.
