I graduated university about 7years ago. However, i could not use aotc because i was an international student. can i now use aotc for graduate school?

I never used AOTC, am i still eligible for my masters degree?

No, because AOTC may only be claimed on undergraduate studies. Since a Masters degree is post-graduate, it does not count for the AOTC. You may still claim Lifetime Learning Credit, however.
