I don't have 1098T form, only a tuition card
My college said they are not required to send me a 1098-T form because the tuition was paid in full by scholarships and grants. How can I enter the tuition on Turbo tax? When I hit the edit button under tuition, it redirects me to the 1098-T form.

After it directs you to the 1098-T screen; it asks, on that screen (you may have to scroll down to see the question) if you got a 1098-T. Answer no and click continue. The next screen will ask if you qualify for an exception (the school not be required to send you a 1098-T qualifies). After you select that you qualify, you will be allowed to enter your expenses.
You may not claim a tuition credit based on expenses paid by TAX FREE scholarships and grants. But there is a way to claim some of the scholarship as income and then claim the credit
