I didn't leave for bootcamp until the last half of June. Would that still qualify for my mom to claim me on her taxes?

No, you would have to live with her for more than 6 months. Because you left before July 1st you did not live with her for more than half the year.
If you decide your dates were off and you actually did live with her beyond July 1st, the next rule that would likely come into question is support. If you provided more than half of your own support she cannot claim you.
