I consolidated some of my student loans to my bank, can I still deduct the interest paid even though I don't have a 1098-E?

Yes, but...
The loans must be closely connected to your education.  If you consolidated them only, and did not take out extra money, and the loan balance is only from student loans, you can deduct the interest.

If you borrowed extra money for other purposes, or if this is a revolving account like a line of credit where you can draw money later, you can only deduct the interest related to the loan balance, and if the loan gets too disconnected from education, you will lose the deduction if audited.
