I am the parent of a full time college student. I am claiming her on my return and her 1098-T. Does this information from her 1098-T also need to be filed on her return

No, the 1098-T should only be entered once.  Since you, the parent, claimed the qualifying person, you would enter the 1098-T on your return.  Do not enter educational expenses on the dependent return.
