I am paying back an ROTC scholarship
I received the Army ROTC scholarship, but ended up dropping out of school. I am now paying $200.00 a month to pay it back. Does this need to be included in my tax forms?

No, you don't report the scholarship pay-back on your tax return. The scholarship was tax-free to you, so you don't report (deduct) any repayments.
