I am adding my daughters info from her 1098-t and it is not letting proceed further so where does the hazelwood legacy exempt amount go? if at all? that amount is not listed on 1098-t

Hazelwood Legacy Act benefits are veteran's benefits for education credit purposes.

The Education Expense interview has an interview screen where you can enter veterans benefits.
