I am a senior in college and my parents do not claim me as a dependent. I received income from their 529 plan for tuition, paid to me. Do I need to file a 1099Q?

Yes, as your parents do not claim you and you receive the funds ( SSN is on the Form 1099-Q),  you would need to report on your tax return.
