I'm not seeing how to enter my 1098 T on my NJ state return.  There is no prompt for education credits.  I'm using the desktop version

NJ has deductions for college related items. The 1098-T means you need the in-state tuition NJ deduction. A deduction of up to $10,000 for tuition paid to a NJ institution of higher education (subject to income limits, generally for taxpayers with gross income of $200,000 or less). Follow these steps:

    1. start/continue the New Jersey return.
    2. continue  through and look for New Jersey College Affordability Deductions
    3. Select Yes
    4. continue past NJBEST
    5. continue past NJCLASS
    6. Enter up to $10,000 of tuition costs
    7. continue
