How do I report occupation for being a retired college professor, but hired to teach one course, or to supervise teachers/ Received a W-2

I am a retired educator, who has been rehired to do some consulting on a part-time basis.  Under occupation should I enter consultant or educator?  I have received a W-2, with SS deductions included.
