How do I qualify for the Lifetime Learning Credit? I am paying out of pocket for school and so far I am not getting any refund for it.

To enter/edit education credits:

1. Open your return (or continue if open).

2. Type “education credits” (upper-case works too) in Search box (upper right-hand corner of the screen)

3. Click on “Jump to education credits” link.

4. Answer screen interview prompts.
