How do I enter a RV interest amount without a 1098?

RV interest does qualify. As long as the boat or RV is security for the loan used to buy it, you can deduct mortgage interest paid on that loan.

You don't need a Form 1098. On the screen Do any of these uncommon situations apply to your loan with Lender?, select The seller is financing this loan and I didn't receive a 1098. Enter the details. You'll need the lenders EIN number.

Your seller needs your info to file their taxes as well, so that'd be a good time to exchange information. If you still can't get your seller's info, you’ll have to print out and mail in your return with an attachment explaining why you can’t provide your seller’s info.
