How do I enter 529 education expenses not paid directly to the college?

My son lives off campus and my understanding is I can use his 529 to pay for rent/food up to the published cost of attendance at the school he attends. I don't see where to enter this information in TurboTax 2025 Premier desktop on Mac. Same for the computer we purchased for him which is primarily used for school. Thanks for the help!

You can't enter those expenses yet. This is a known glitch in TurboTax (TT). They are working on it (no announced fix date).   The 2025 education and 529 sections appear totally redesigned, from last year.

Thank you for asking this question. I thought I was going crazy too. I can't understand why this wasn't fixed before January 31st. It's really not acceptable.
