How do I claim extra money because I taught 35 years? It's from a different company

Our education gave out money for years of service. How do I claim this besides other income?

It would be considered Other Income. It is not self-employment, or income from wages, so it would be other income.

How was it reported to you? 1099-NEC? 1099-MISC? W-2? Some other way?

What/who is "our education"?

Why did this "different company" give you money for "taught 35 years"?
