How do I answer if books/materials were required to be purchased from the school if the school dictated what had to be purchased and where (even if not them)?

For a dental hygiene degree. Supplies were specific and had to be purchased as directed.

Treat it as being required to be purchased from the school.

It actually (usually) doesn't matter, unless you are a graduate student.

Answer "No" if the books were not supplied (and invoiced) by the school.
