How can I find out if I ever received a hope credit for school, etc. I was an undergraduate student from 1992-1996 and a Graduate student from 2014-2016

The Hope Credit first went into effect in 1998, so it would not have been available during your undergraduate years of 1992-96. The Hope Credit, and its replacement, the American Opportunity Tax Credit, do not apply to graduate school tuition and fees.
