How can I claim education expenses for both of my children? both received 1098-T, I received 1099-Q. TT only allows one child to be claimed.
I am filing a joint return and our AGI exceeds limit for claiming education credits for dependent.
The amount of Federal Tax increased by $456 and State Tax increased by $64

Are you saying that you can only claim one child as a dependent or are you saying you can only claim one set of education expenses but claim both children as dependents?????
I personally entered education expenses for both of my college students.

You can just not report the 1099-Q, at all, if your
student-beneficiary has sufficient educational expenses, including room &
board (even if he lives at home) to cover the distribution. When the box 1 amount on form 1099-Q is fully
covered by expenses, TurboTax will enter nothing about the 1099-Q on the actual
tax forms. But, it will prepare a 1099-Q worksheet for your records, in case of
an IRS inquiry.
The 1098-T is only any
informational document. The numbers on it are not required to be entered onto
your tax return.
