Hi, I need to get my daughter's PIN number to resubmit but found out that she received a 1098-T from college. I'm taking the standard deduction do I need to enter it?

If I should enter it where? I can't seem to get to a place where I can put it in.

Q. Do I need to enter my daughter's 1098-T?

A. Yes, most likely; but not always. See details at the link.

Q. Where I can put it in?

A. Usually, on the parent's return; but not always. See details at the link.

Here's a post on the five main points on the  1098-T:

Yes. You can enter your daughter's Form 1098-T before re-submitting your tax return as long as you are claiming her as a dependent on your return. It may result in an education credit.

You can enter the Form 1098-T and related qualified education expenses in TurboTax Online here:

Deductions & Credits>Expenses & Scholarships (Form 1098-T)

Here is a TurboTax article about Form 1098-T.
