Hello, I'm filing my W2 for a job I had in Pennsylvania. I'm currently a full time college student so I don't know why I don't get my state income tax amount back for PA.

It depends.  Being a student or even a minor does not exempt you from PA tax if you are working in PA.  According to Pennsylvania tax law, if you earned more than $33 of taxable PA income, you must file a PA return and pay tax on it.

Having said this, if you are a resident of IN, OH, VA, WV, MD or NJ, these are states that have a reciprocal agreement with PA.  If you live in one of these states you can select on the option "Make this income non-taxable in PA" in the Compensation Summary of the PA return.  (Click on the Edit link for the W2, and then you'll see the option to have the income removed from PA).  Then you will get a refund of PA tax.
