Going to school & live in another state, but residency is in a different state.

I'm going to chiropractic school in Atlanta, GA, but my residency is still in Colorado. On my school 1098-T it has my Georgia address not my Colorado address. Do I need to say I was in Georgia file a Georgia tax return or continue as if I was in Colorado all year?

No you would not be a Georgia resident just because it is on your school paperwork.  If you earned any income in Georgia, you would have to file a nonresident return.  Otherwise, Colorado resident is enough.

The Colorado DOR says "A Colorado resident is a person who has made a home in Colorado or a person whose intention is to be a Colorado resident. The Department will consider, among other things, Colorado voter registration, Colorado vehicle registration, Colorado driver license, school registration, property ownership and residence of spouse or children in determining intention to be a Colorado resident.
