Probably not. If you don't have any income earned from working, there's no free money for college tuition, unless are are 24 or older and your parents don't claim you as a dependent.
If you are 24 or older and your parents don't claim you, you can get $1000 if you paid at least $1000 in tuition for undergraduate school (not grad school, med school or law school). But, if your parents are helping you pay your living expenses, they probably would get a lot more money by claiming you as a dependent.
