For the student loan interest credit, do I have to have paid a minimum of $600 to qualify? Or does paying under $600 still qualify?

There is no minimum amount requirement.

Any amount qualifies.

The $600 thing applies to the loan company. They MUST send you a form 1098-E if you paid at least $600.  You may claim the deduction even if you don't have a 1098-E. Many loan companies will sent a 1098-E for less.
