You can add another 1098-T for your second child by follow theses instructions:

Log in to your account.
Go to Federal Taxes.
Choose the Deductions and Credits.
Scroll down to Education.
Select Expenses and Scholarships (Form 1098-T)
On the Summary page, on the left side you'll see a blue box "Add Another Student".
