That's an odd thing to happen. You can try these things:
Most TurboTax errors happen because the browser is trying to use an old "session" from a previous visit. By clearing the cache or using Incognito mode, you force the browser to establish a brand-new, secure connection with the Intuit servers.
All suggestions tried, nothing worked, issue is still open
I've tried Chrome, Firefox and Edge - all the exact same issue.
Cleared ask browsers, cache, cookies, and tried incognito. Nothing works.
Have you made entries into other areas of the program without issue? If so, check your student's info in the Personal Info section to be sure their birth date is correct, and that you indicated they are a student.
