Do you file your 1098-E (Student Loan interest) for State returns? I am filing two state returns and OR asked for it but Idaho didn't? Not sure why?

The student loan interest (1098-E) is entered in the federal section of TurboTax, which transfer it to the state sections.  Both Idaho and Oregon allow a prorated student loan interest deduction.  Oregon allows you to allocate the portion of student loan interest paid while a part-year resident.  Idaho uses the same percentage as the Idaho income for the student loan deduction, regardless of when the student loan interest was paid.
