Do I need to upload the 1098-T if im not looking for a credit?

When uploading 1098-T there is no value in box 1 and it’s showing that i have a significant value due. Do I need to upload the 1098-T form?

It depends. You are not required to enter information for the Education Tax Credits
If you have a scholarship or distribution that was not entirely covered by qualified education expenses, that could be taxable income and in that case it would need to be entered.

If that is not the situation, you may refrain from including it in the return and put the form with your tax documents.

The 1098-T is only an informational document. The numbers on it are not required to be entered onto your tax return. However receipt of a 1098-T frequently means you are either eligible for a tuition credit or possibly your student has taxable scholarship income.  If you have neither, do not enter the 1098-T.
