Do I have to submit my 1098-t if I am going to accept the Job-Related Tax Deduction instead of any college deduction or credits?
You don't have to enter your 1098-T, unless you have scholarship income that exceeds your tuition and fees paid. You aren't required to take any college deduction or credits.
