My son is in High school and He took college level courses from 2 colleges. One college sent me 1098-T form and other college just sent a statement 'Financial activity for tax purpose'. Can I enter both and get the deduction as lifetime education credit?

I would highly recommend you NOT take any education deductions until your son has graduated high school and started college as a full time student. Many of the education credits are limited to four years. So if you qualify for and take the AOTC for example, while he's still a high school student, you may shoot yourself in the foot during his last year of college when you may "NEED" that credit.
